ASME Pressure Vessels

ASME certified pressure vessels are designed, fabricated and tested according to ASME SEC VIII DIV 1 to withstand the operating internal pressure and suction. The design and material selection of these pressure vessels generally depends on the operation conditions (vessel diameter, shell length, internal pressure, the type of the service fluid and operation temperature).

To manufacture a U stamped pressure vessel, you have to select an ASME manufacturer who is authorized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers to design and manufacture pressure vessels after passing the qualification audits, also this stamp requires a third party (ASME approved) to follow and approve each manufacturing step starting by the design passing through the material receiving, fit-up and welding and ending to testing stage.
