Process and Design
- Section 1: operate the flare
- Swing the out rigger, Insert the holding arm pin and lower the mechanical jack.
- Connect Power Source (3 * 380 V + I neutral) in to The Junction Box.
- Connect the Ignition and flare gases with closed valves
- Switch the pump on.
- Pull the hydraulic lever to the (up direction);watch the flare during rise travel.
- When the flare arthurite position insert the holding pin.
- Switch the ignition on, Open the pilot gas valve, and press the Ignition button to get the ignite flame on.
- Open the flare gas.
- Once the main flame starts close the pilot gas.
- Section 2 : Shut down the flare
- Close the main gas valve
- Disconnect gas feeding lines
- Remove the holding pin
- Push the hydraulic lever in opposite direction
- At horizontal position switch the power source off
- Secure the flare in position
- Raise the mechanical support
- Swing back the out riggers to the skid side
- Secure the out rigger in place
- Safely load the flare
